VRCC's Second Annual Glow Festival Returns October 2nd! Mark your calendars, Voorheesville — the VRCC Glow Festival is back for year two, and we're aiming to make it bigger and brighter than ever! The Details 📅 Date: Thursday, October 2, 2026 (rain date: Friday, October 3) 🕖 Time: 7:00 – 10:00 PM 📍 Location: Stephen Wallace Town Park / Swift Road Park, Voorheesville 💰 Cost: Free for everyone! Last year, around 60 neighbors came out for a night of glow-in-the-dark fun. This year, we're setting our sights on 100+ participants — and we'd love for you to be one of them. What's Happening When the sun goes down, the glow comes out. This year's festival features two great ways to play: 🥏 Disc Golf Grab a partner and hit the lit-up course for a glow-in-the-dark doubles round — 18 holes total (two loops around our 9-hole course). Never played before? No problem — we'll loan you a glow disc and there's a division for every skill level:
🏓 Pickleball Two courts will be lit up and ready to go. The first hour is dedicated to free lessons for anyone who wants to learn or brush up on the basics, followed by open play for the rest of the evening. Paddles, glow gear, and good vibes provided. How to Sign Up Registration is quick and easy — head to GLOW FESTIVAL REGISTRATION to reserve your spot for pickleball or newbie disc golf or both. Experienced disc golfers, don't forget to register through UDisc instead! Why We Do This The Glow Festival is all about bringing our community together for a night of free, family-friendly fun — no experience required, no cost to participate, just neighbors enjoying an evening outside together under the glow lights. Whether you're a seasoned disc golfer, a pickleball newbie, or just looking for a fun night out with the family, there's a spot for you. We can't wait to see Voorheesville light up on October 2nd. See you under the glow! ✨
